To what extent would this work generic FM transmitter in my car?

I have an FM transmitter for my MP3 player, but not this one, and it works well. It depends on where you live and how stations radio there in your area about how easy it is to find an empty station for use with the transmitter. I live in Los Angeles to find a station vacuum is delicate, and if you go too far from the area where you found the station, you often have to find another. It get a little boring, but short of having another way to connect your MP3 player to your car, it's not a bad option. The sound is clear that most of the time when I use my transmitter, but sometimes it is static, but not very often. If there is no interference, as does the use of radio, it sounds rather well.
