3 years experience in marketing (car Luxury Retail), after college (bachelor of commerce), but now want to enter into relations with investors … Is it realistic possible? Do I need to come back from training (which is not really realistic)?
You may need a multi-year approach. Find great company that has roles like the one you want. Find a role entry where you can do so based on your experience and plan on transition over time in the place where you want to be. Being in business you will be able to network in the group you are interested in being able to find the key leaders in your corporate directory. You will be able to have informational interviews that will make you very reliable, which can more than compensate for the lack of experience.
