I am 23 and want to rent a car in Las Vegas. I always heard that you had to be 25 to do?
but I was renting a car for my father and noticed a small section saying: LAS VEGAS $ 27 minimum of 25 years on luxury, premium, van, station wagon, SUV, sports car & convertible. Minimum 23 years on all other vehicles. Is this the age limit to drive it or actually take me under lease my own name?
It is actually renting it. That's all they really care about, is who they have on file who is liable for any damages. But the poster above is correct. Almost all companies that I deal with the budget now or rent to 21-24 years, with an additional fee per day.
