Are under-car neon lights legal EM?

Hi. I intend to either neon or LED lights under my big SUV. Im wondering if they are legal in Massachusetts in spite. This will determine if I need to buy the switch for them to install it on my accessory panel, so if they are illegal and a cop comes on my radar detector, I can quickly extinguish. Thank you.

My friend has on his car in MA but no there not legal. It has a switch for them though.

97 Dodge Neon – Will not Start?

My '97Dodge Neon will not start. I thought the battery might have been drained (I could letting my game when iPod is connected to the cigarette lighter), but all the lighting accessories Just Fine (all lights as well). I tried to jump, but nothing and now the car back not even try to turn around.

You have a bad starter. Get a voltmeter and with the key check to see if the voltage starter.Connect the voltmeter on the important thread on the starter. If there is 12 volts or more, have someone turn the key and see if the voltage drops. If so the starter is shot

They are used less, not worth money.but you if you want to install them then yes, one for the "+" and the other "-" on the battery. But after what I saw in the CIP, there was no power switch, so you battery runs dry. To install, you would need buy a power switch as well. Good luck …
