Ultra Luxury Cars

Ultra Luxury Cars are the epitome of class and exclusivity. Driving one will get you noticed anytime – anywhere. There will be no doubt in anyone’s mind that you have ‘arrived’. You are successful.  You have power. And most of all – you have impeccable taste and style.

Currently, all cars at this level are priced at  $100k or higher. This guarantees a level of exclusivity and ‘dues’ paid to be in this club.

The makers of ultra-luxury cars are mostly European brands with the German makers having the edge with Maybach, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi and Porsche. England’s most famous luxury vehicles are still manufactured there, but Rolls Royce is now owned by BMW and Bentley by Volkswagen.

The Cadillac XLR-V convertible is an American made ultra-luxury vehicle, the only Cadillac to fall into this ultra category.

Representing Japan is the Lexus name. For those of you who worried about global warming, Lexus is now making a prestige luxury hybrid sedan that not only looks good but lowers your carbon footprint as well.

Italian makers are well-known for producing high-end sports cars like the Lamborghini, Ferrari and Maserati. These cars, while fitting into the price range of ultra-luxury, aren’t usually considered to be luxury cars. They don’t have the comfort and interior appointments normally associated with a luxury vehicle.  Their cost is in the technology of the engines which are well-known with racing enthusiasts.

Of all the ultra luxury cars, the ones most associated with distinction and wealth are the Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maybach. Owning one of these sets you apart like no other. They just don’t make them in entry level models. Bentley has long been associated with royalty and is the official car for Queen Elisabeth.
